Ohio Township’s Newest 55 and Over Community, Traditions of America at Summer Seat, Sells 39 Homes in 45 Minutes at VIP Pre-Sales Event

Ohio Township, PA – August 22, 2016 – Securing 39 deposits in 45 minutes, Traditions of America secured its reputation last week as the developer of the most popular 55 and over communities in Metro Pittsburgh.

At a VIP Pre-Sales Event on August 14, 39 Traditions of America “Pioneers” placed deposits on new homes in Traditions of America at Summer Seat, the new 55+ community in Ohio Township, PA.

The 300 prospective homebuyers who attended informational sessions were invited back for the Pre-Sales Event, an “exclusive buying opportunity.” Each prospective buyer was given pre-construction pricing and priority option to select their desired homesite at Summer Seat. Then, in order of priority numbers, “Pioneers” placed stickers on an oversized map of the community and claimed their future homes.

The first to claim a homesite were Ron and Patricia Bolster of Wexford, PA. The Bolsters will be pursuing a low-maintenance, resort-style community lifestyle after 27 years in their current home.

The Bolsters won’t have to wait long to move into their new home at Traditions of America at Summer Seat. The first homes are expected to be ready in Spring 2017.
