New 55 and Over Development Traditions of America at Summer Seat Reveals
Radnor, PA – August 9, 2016 – Over the last two weeks, Traditions of America at Summer Seat [www.SummerSeatLiving.com] has revealed both its community plan and details about Pre-Construction “Pioneer Pricing” during two Information Sessions attended by nearly 200 prospective homebuyers.
Each event has reflected the excitement about Traditions of America at Summer Seat. On July 23, developers unveiled the community’s site plan, recently approved by Ohio Township, in a multimedia presentation. Traditions of America spokespeople also revealed the award-winning floor plans and features to be offered at the Pittsburgh area’s newest active adult community.The community site plan can be seen at www.SummerSeatLiving.com.
Traditions of America at Summer Seat’s community plan features a mix of 133 new Single Family and Garden Homes clustered into two phases. The first phase takes advantage of rolling farmland. The entire 55 and over community is located on a site with historic charm. Area residents may remember picking blueberries or taking a hayride at “Reilly’s Summer Seat Farms,” formerly located on the site.
On August 4, the team revealed “Pioneer Pricing” – Pre-Construction Prices exclusively available to those who have attended one of the previous Information Sessions or who join the final session on August 10. “Pioneers” will have the opportunity to place deposits before the general public during a VIP Pre-Sales Event taking place on August 14.
The August 10 Information Session and the August 14 VIP Pre-Sales Event will be held at Traditions of America at Sewickley Ridge, a sister community to Summer Seat, located at 114 Union Court, Sewickley, Penn.
