Your warranty provides you with protection from defects in workmanship for one year, mechanical or system defects for two years, and structural defects for ten years. This coverage is provided at no cost to you! Simply send in your enrollment form at closing to receive this comprehensive coverage. You will receive your home’s original Warranty Booklet by mail within 45 days of settlement.

60 Day Inspection.
Our Customer Service Manager will meet with you about 45 days after you move in. The purpose of this meeting is to review any questions or problems you may have noticed with your new home.
We encourage you to prepare a list of concerns to review with the Service Manager in person at this visit. If any significant warranty items are identified, we will complete a warranty form with you and arrange to correct the item as soon as possible. Some minor cosmetic repairs (i.e. nail pops, expansion cracks) may be deferred until one year after your closing, when the house has fully settled.
Interim Warranty Items.
In the event you have a warranty claim, other than cosmetic repairs, requiring our attention prior to your one year inspection, you can mail us a Warranty Claim Form or call 610-250-7757. Our Customer Service Manager will provide you with a form at your Pre-Settlement Inspection for your future use. If we receive a Warranty Claim Form, the Service Manager will contact you to discuss the reported claim. If necessary, the Warranty Manager will inspect the claim in person. In either event, we will agree on an acceptable remedy and proceed with the work.
1 Year Inspection.
Our Customer Service Manager will meet with you again about 11 months after you close. He or she will review any problems that you may have that would be claims under the one year workmanship warranty. We will schedule any repairs, including cosmetic items, to be completed as soon as possible.
2 Year Warranty Period.
In the event you experience any covered mechanical problems during your second year of home ownership, please complete the Warranty Claim Form from the back of your Warranty Booklet and send it to our office.
10 Year Warranty Period.
In the event you experience any covered structural problems after your first year of home ownership, please complete the Warranty Claim Form from the back of your Warranty Booklet and send it to our office. |
