is how we’ll collaborate with you to build the home of your

Walk
After reservation and before contract, tour your home
location with our Construction Project Manager and your
Sales Consultant. Learn the features of the lot you have
selected, such as grades, views and orientation. Review
additions, options, location of patios and decks. |

Design Meeting
Tour the Design Center with a professional Design
Consultant. Have an overview of the wide range of builder and designer
features. Find out how you can customize your home. |

Selections Process
Choose builder and designer features during the Selections
Process, which begins seven to nine months prior to settlement.
Within two months of beginning your selections, you’ll have
a Final Design Meeting to confirm your choices. |

Pre-Construction
Meeting
The Construction Manager will meet with you to review
the entire building process, introduce you to the construction
team, review your selections and confirm the construction
schedule.

Rough
Inspection
Prior to drywalling, our Rough Supervisor and Sales Consultant
will tour your new home with you. At this meeting, they will verify
your structural selection and give you an update on the delivery of
your home. |

Finish
Supervisor 45 Day Checklist
45 days before delivery, the Finish Supervisor and the
Construction Project Manager will meet at your new home
to review progress and conduct an inspection. You will
receive a letter that confirms your move-in date. |

Quality
Assurance Inspection
Prior to your orientation walk, we complete a rigorous
quality assurance inspection of your home. We examine
every facet of construction. This assures the home is
ready for your inspection. |

Energy
Inspection and Testing
10 days prior to the settlement of your home, an independent
energy auditor will inspect your home for proper insulation
and energy design. You will receive an independent energy
certificate prior to settlement. |

Orientation
Tour your new home with a Finish Supervisor and your Sales
Consultant. Learn the features of your home. We will quickly
resolve any minor cosmetic problems spotted during your orientation. |

Pre-Settlement Inspection
Walk through your home and be assured that any minor
cosmetic problems have been resolved. Learn about our comprehensive
Warranty Program as you review your
home with a Finish Supervisor, your Sales Consultant and a Customer
Service Manager. |

Day Inspection
Welcome a representative from Customer Service into your
home to identify and correct any concerns that might
have come up during the past two months. |

One
Year Inspection
11 months after closing, a Customer Service team member
will again meet with you to review any required warranty
work. We will respond to any questions or concerns you
may have before your first anniversary in your new home. |
