The details of your home are as important to us as they are to you. Traditions of America Design Consultants will guide you through the Selections Process so that you can choose the upgrades and options that reflect your style.

Initial Design Meeting
Within two weeks of signing your sales agreement, you’ll be contacted by a member of the Design team to set up a meeting. At the Initial Design Meeting, you will:

• Tour the Design Center
• Review the Design Selections Schedule so you’ll know exactly what to expect during the process
• See the top-quality builder features – cabinetry, countertops, hardware, appliances and more – that have been selected by Traditions of America to meet the needs of our customers
• Discover upgraded features – the gourmet kitchen layout you’ve always wanted, granite countertops, specialty tile, luxurious master bath products and much, much more!
• Learn about the Custom Home Program, available for those owners whose ideas and desires go beyond personalized choices
• Ask questions and get the answers you need to feel comfortable with the Selections Process

Design Appointments
We recognize that making selections and decisions takes time. You are welcome to visit the Design Center when open and get inspired by the samples of high-quality, great-looking options.

Our Design Consultants are eager to learn more about your design priorities and preferences. Please make an appointment so we can discuss your options with you fully.

Selections Process and Meetings
Seven to nine months prior to settlement, the Selections Process begins. We'll work with you over a series of meetings to make your Structural and Finish Selections.

• Structural Selections:
  • Make plumbing and electrical selections and changes.
  • Determine computer/office hook-ups, TV locations, mechanical options.
  • Refine layouts for even greater convenience or luxury. Choose to add a second floor, finish the basement or make other structural changes. Finalize additional rooms and bump-outs.
    
• Finish Selections: Pick the products that fit your lifestyle, needs and style.

The Design Consultant will help you create a “wish list” of the options and upgrades you want. Working together, we’ll help you prioritize and place your order.
