MORE THAN
1,000 ACTIVE ADULTS ATTEND
GRAND OPENING AT THE HIGHLANDS OF GLENMOOR
EASTON, Pa. – October
18, 2005 – The Highlands of Glenmoor, a new active adult community
in Palmer township built by Traditions of America, was unveiled
this past weekend. More than a thousand people attended the grand
opening celebration.
Since sales begin in November 2004, 145 home sites (of the total
251 available) have been sold, without the benefit of a model home
to walk through. This is a testimony to the power of satisfied buyers
and of the value inherent in every 55+ community built by Traditions
of America.
Inspired by European villages, the Highlands of Glenmoor offers
open greens, quiet side streets and a backdrop of mature trees,
reiterating the message that life is to be enjoyed. The hub of the
community will be its lifestyle clubhouse including a café,
whirlpool room, sauna, pool, putting green, tennis court and many
other amenities. (The clubhouse is scheduled to open this December.)
Whether buyers desire a single-family home, twin or garden home,
Traditions of America offers various floor plans and elevations,
including the newly designed Highlander, Royal Highlander and Moreland.
And while the list of included features in every home is termed
“generous” by the builders, buyers can personalize their
homes further with a list of custom features.
Free from maintenance burdens, outfitted with amenities and priced
from the $220s, these homes form the basis of a community where
neighbors become friends, leisure activities can be a shared experience
and natural beauty is just one of the amenities.
Traditions of America’s principals J.B. Reilly and Tim McCarthy
continually strive to improve each successive community and to stay
tuned to the changing needs of their home buyers. They admit that
what makes them most proud is knowing how many customers have found
new happiness in Traditions of America communities.
