| TRADITIONS OF AMERICA BREAKS HOME SALES RECORDS
PHILADELPHIA, PA – December 12, 2006. Traditions of America, the leader in active adult communities, will sell out two of their highly desirable Lehigh Valley communities this fall. Only fourteen homes remain at The Highlands of Glenmoor in Palmer Township, and eighteen homes at Willow Green in Northampton Township. Six of the sites at The Highlands of Glenmoor and six home sites at Willow Green are model homes. At this time, prospective buyers may make a reserve deposit for these model homes, with delivery of the models expected in late 2008. As in all Traditions of America communities, lawn work, snow removal, and landscape maintenance are provided by the community...leaving home buyers free to do the things they really want to do.
Communities by Traditions of America sell out so quickly due in part to their unique floor plans. Elegantly appointed Traditions of America homes are specifically designed with the active adult in mind. Unlike many other builders, Traditions of America only builds for active adults, and the company is completely focused on researching home features that make life easier for homebuyers. Every home always has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full size laundry room on the first floor, and other features include both a living and family room, dining room, a separate breakfast nook or eat in kitchen. While the list of included features is more than generous, there is always the opportunity to personalize your home even further with a virtually limitless list of custom features. Traditions of America also boasts their Custom Home Program, which allows homebuyers to not only customize the design elements of their home, but also the actual floor plan and design of the home itself.
