TRADITIONS OF AMERICA HIRES PATRICK BUNN AS DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

PHILADELPHIA, PA – August 17, 2006.  Traditions of America, a national leader in developing Active Adult communities, has hired Patrick Bunn as Director of Construction. 

Mr. Bunn has over 25 years of experience in the construction field, with substantial experience in land acquisition, development, and home building.  As Director of Construction, Mr. Bunn will be responsible for managing the construction process of all Traditions of America communities, as well as oversight of the preconstruction process at future planned communities.

Mr. Bunn most recently served as Director of Construction for J.S. Hovnanian & Sons.  Along with his experience in Active Adult Communities, Mr. Bunn has completed an additional 20 projects that include single family homes, townhomes, assisted living facilities, and commercial properties.  Mr. Bunn previously served as President of the Builders League of South Jersey.  He is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York.
