| TRADITIONS OF AMERICA RECEIVES OVERWELMING INTEREST IN NEWEST 55+ COMMUNITY!
PHILADELPHIA – July 25, 2006 - Traditions of America, a national leader in developing Active Adult communities,
is pleased to announce they have received an overwhelming response to their newest 55+ community, Liberty Hill by Traditions of America. The
developer was a sponsor at the 40th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts earlier this month in State College and gave out 1,000 brochures.
"We were thrilled with the response to Liberty Hill. The community will only have 287 homes so this is just phenomenal," said Sandy Quinn, Director of
Sales and Marketing. "This was a wonderful opportunity to get the word out about our community, and at the same time help support the great work of
the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts."
Liberty Hill by Traditions of America recently received tentative approval from the Harris Township Board of Supervisors. Final approval is expected
later this year with sales to begin in the fall. The community will consist of 175 single family detached homes and 112 garden homes. Located in
Boalsburg at the intersection of Route 45 and Route 322 Business, Liberty Hill by Traditions of America will feature spacious homes and resort-style
amenities, including a grand clubhouse, designed exclusively for 55+ homeowners.
During the festival, the developer raffled off a flat screen high definition television. Carol and Christopher Goff of Warren, Pennsylvania were
the lucky winners.
Traditions of America is currently selling homes at The Highlands
of Glenmoor in Palmer Township, PA and Willow Green in Northampton
Township, PA. The company also expects to begin sales this fall
at new communities in Hanover Township and Harrisburg. Future communities
are planned in Pittsburgh, Boiling Springs, and Londonderry Township
in Pennsylvania and in Columbus, Ohio. For more information, please
