Traditions of America at Hanover, launched only four months ago, is selling more quickly than anyone expected. The 55+ Lifestyle Community is nearly 30 percent sold, with a steady stream of buyers visiting the sales center and touring the models. Debbie Fabregas, Regional Sales Manager for Traditions of America, remains astounded by the sales pace. "To see a community take off like this is rare in any market. There's clearly an excitement growing that is driving buyers to decide that now is the time to buy."

That excitement may result from prospective buyers getting an increasingly-complete look at their future community's final appearance. With more than 30 homes occupied by their owners, the look and feel of the community becomes more apparent. Traditions of America Principal, J.B. Reilly, reports that this sneak peek is a significant motivator for buyers who may otherwise remain on the fence. "As more homes are completed, and our homeowners start to settle in, visitors can see how this community will be uniquely special. We're not talking about a cookie-cutter approach here." Instead, homes at Hanover are permitted a significant degree of customization, and are laid out in a fashion that has a wide appeal.

"The streetscape that is offered in a Traditions of America community is not something that is easily understood from a plot plan. But our buyers are incredibly impressed with the 'feel' of the community as it takes shape," notes Reilly. With full advantage taken of site variations, homes do not appear as if they were mechanically laid out in a row. Instead, they follow curves in the land and street layout. With as many as six elevations to choose from for each floorplan, individual homes vary, as well. "As more and more homes are completed, even our settled neighbors are stopping in to tell me how pleased they are with their unfolding neighborhood," adds Fabregas, "it's nice to hear, 'oh, wow, I didn't know it was going to be this beautiful!'"

The excitement isn't expected to draw to a close anytime soon. This weekend will kick off 'hard hat' tours of the community's 10,000+/- square foot two story clubhouse currently under construction. Once completed, it will include an outdoor heated pool, indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, aerobics room, clubroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and a full-time concierge.

Traditions of America at Hanover offers 13 different floorplans. Each offers a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor. Traditions of America at Hanover will also offer the region's most attractive amenities package.
