Silver Spring Grand Opening Welcomes Over 1,000
Mechanicsburg, PA - June 25, 2008 - Traditions of America, the Leader in Lifestyle Communities, enjoyed another weekend of record-breaking traffic at the grand opening of their latest community. Last weekend, more than 1,000 visitors including prospects and buyers toured the newly opened designer homes at Traditions of America at Silver Spring. Almost 20 percent of the homes in phase one of the community were sold prior to the official opening.
Elected officials joined with company executives to conduct the ribbon cutting, with Silver Spring's first buyers leading the effort. Representatives of Senator Pat Vance's and Representative Todd Platts' office joined local officials and took advantage of an opportunity to tour the company's spectacular models, and learn more about how the company is able to thrive in a market which has humbled other home builders. The company has opened four new communities throughout Pennsylvania in the last three months, each met with resounding success and ample pre-sales.
"Our pre-sales success at Silver Spring, and the incredibly enthusiastic reception we've received on our first weekend, demonstrate how excited this region is about the caliber of community Traditions of America is developing here." reports Traditions of America's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Quinn. "Although we are new to the greater Harrisburg area, we've received very positive response from the moment we broke ground. Still, nothing could have prepared us for the kind of traffic we received last weekend" she adds. The company anticipates that homes will be settled just as quickly as their craftsmen can build them.
The community offers 11 different floorplans. Each features a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor. Traditions of America at Silver Spring will also offer the region’s most attractive amenities package, making for a year-round resort atmosphere. Plans for the magnificent clubhouse currently under construction are on display. Among its initial features are an outdoor heated pool, an indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, aerobics room, ballroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and a full-time concierge. Future plans call for a wellness center, tennis courts, and heated indoor pool.
The Traditions of America at Silver Spring information center is open daily, 11am - 6pm.
