Stephen Dell brings more than 30
years of urban/regional planning experience to Traditions of America
team
PHILADELPHIA – February 2, 2006 -
Traditions of America has hired Stephen Dell of Mechanicsburg, Pa.,
adding more than 30 years of experience in urban and regional planning
to their award-winning team of development professionals.
As Entitlement and Planning Manager, Dell will be responsible for
working closely with local officials, engineers and others to create
and carry out site plans that respect and enhance the community.
He’ll bring proven skills in project management to be sure
that the development process continues smoothly and in full compliance
with all state and local requirements.
“Stephen Dell’s robust experience will add a lot of
value to Traditions of America’s current and proposed community
developments,” said Principal Tim McCarthy. “We welcome
him to the Traditions of America team.”
Dell began his career in 1976 as the Deputy Director of the North
Central PA Regional Planning and Development Commission. A Master
of Urban and Regional Planning (University of Pittsburgh), during
his career Dell has had exposure to nearly every facet of development,
including engineering, architecture, property assessment and warranty.
Dell will take primary responsibility for projects in Central and
Western Pennsylvania. He’ll be based out of an office in Mechanicsburg,
Pa.
