Silver Spring Grand Opening Approaches

(POLITICIANS AND LOCAL DIGNITARIES WILL JOIN RIBBON CUTTING AT COMMUNITY LAUNCH)

Mechanicsburg, PA - June 13, 2008 - Traditions of America, the Leader in Lifestyle Communities, announces plans for a celebration and festivities surrounding the official opening of models at the company's latest community. An 'American Traditions' themed event will welcome invited guests as Traditions of America at Silver Spring opens seven decorated models in this exciting new community.

The planned events are the next chapter in a period of tremendous success for the builder. In the last several months alone, the company has opened four new communities, each of which was met with astounding levels of pre-sales. "The welcome we've received at each of our new communities is a testament to the trust that homebuyers have in Traditions of America," reports Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Quinn. "Dozens of buyers have been willing to commit even before model construction begins," she adds. The company has 13 communities throughout Pennsylvania, most of which are sold out.

This latest community will conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, June 20. Company owners have invited community dignitaries, VIP guests, and Silver Spring homebuyers to tour the various models. Elected officials will cut the ribbon and meet the guests. "We're incredibly excited to be on hand while our newest homeowners get a first hand view of what their future home will offer," says Traditions of America Principal, J.B. Reilly, "this is typically one of the most exciting events for our homeowners and prospective buyers."

Festivities will continue throughout the weekend On Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22, models will be open for the first time to the general public. Each offers a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor.
Equally exciting for invited guests and the general public will be a thorough look at the community's amenities package. Plans for the magnificent 17,000+/- square foot clubhouse currently under construction will be on display. Among its features are outdoor and indoor heated pools, an indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, aerobics room, ballroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and a full-time concierge. "Future residents will be treated to a glimpse of the resort-like lifestyle that Traditions of America at Silver Spring will offer," beams Quinn.
