BRISK SALES AT HANOVER FOLLOW RECORD BREAKING OPENING WEEKEND

Bethlehem, PA - May 23, 2008 - Traditions of America, the Leader in Active Lifestyle Communities, continues to receive overwhelming response to their latest Lehigh Valley community. Earlier this spring, a Grand Opening weekend celebrated the official debut of the designer homes at Traditions of America at Hanover, with more than 1,200 visitors touring the models. Only weeks after the exciting opening, buyer activity remains brisk and the community is nearly 25 percent sold out.

Buyers continue to flock to the community. Most quickly fall in love with Hanover's offerings, as did Traditions of America homeowner Rosalie Panelli. Panelli brags, "every day when I walk in the door I think how much I love my house.
