ELECTED OFFICIALS WELCOME REGION’S FIRST ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY

Economy Borough, PA – Elected officials from New Sewickley Township and Economy Borough welcomed the first active adult community to the Pittsburg area. Friday’s ribbon cutting opened a weekend of events that saw over 600 prospective homebuyers get their first glimpse at the many benefits offered by the Leader in Lifestyle Communities, Traditions of America.

The township officials were eager to learn more about Traditions’ recipe for success. The builder has opened three new communities throughout Pennsylvania in the past two months, and has enjoyed significant pre-sales at each community. Ten percent of the homes in Liberty Hills were sold prior to the community’s models opening, and some Traditions of America communities have pre-sold more than 20 percent of the total homes.

Curiosity was not limited to elected officials. Among the 100-plus assembled visitors on Friday night were a number of people who made a decision to buy a home at Liberty Hills, sight unseen. “It’s flattering to learn that so many buyers decided to make Liberty Hills home even before we opened our models,” states Traditions of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Quinn. “It’s an extremely strong vote of confidence in the product and service we provide, and it demonstrates to us that homebuyers are becoming even more savvy when it comes to seeking out the finest in Active Lifestyle living.”

To the savvy homebuyer, Active Lifestyle living means amenities not available in other communities. The extensive amenities package at Traditions of America at Liberty Hills will create a year-round, resort-like atmosphere. Plans for the magnificent 8,700 +/- square foot clubhouse – expected to the completed this Fall – were on display during the weekend, and include an outdoor heated pool, indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, aerobics room, ballroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and a full-time concierge.

Events continued through Tuesday, with a Broker’s Open House. Turnout among local Realtors and Brokers was significant, to the delight of Traditions Realty Manager, Vincent Salvitti. “Nearly 40 of my fellow Real Estate professionals came to see what the excitement was all about. The reception we receive from the Real Estate community is typically a great indicator of the success we can expect early on, so I’m excited about this one at the start,” adds Salvitti.

The community offers 10 different floorplans. Each offers a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor. The Traditions of America at Liberty Hills information center is open daily, 11am – 6pm.
