| LIBERTY HILLS PLANS GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION
Ribon cutting celebrates opening of first Active Adult Community in Pittsburgh area.
Economy Borough, PA - April 25, 2008 - Traditions of America, the Leader in Lifestyle Communities, announces plans for a celebration and festivities surrounding the opening of models at the company's latest community. A weekend of American traditions themed events will welcome invited guests and the public as Traditions of America at Liberty Hills opens six decorated models in this exciting new community, starting Friday, May 2.
With a 20 year record of success in the state's Lehigh Valley, Traditions of America has launched two new communities in Pennsylvania in the last six weeks - each met with tremendous buyer response. "Since we are both still working," Liberty Hills buyer Jay Bullie reports, "we look forward to enjoying our home, but without time consuming maintenance and having unused rooms. It gives us freedom to do what we want, when we want." Jay and his wife Pam were also impressed with the quality of the construction. "Our reputation is spreading so quickly that buyers are willing to purchase a Traditions of America home even before the first model breaks ground," beams Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Quinn.
The Bullies are not alone in their enthusiasm. Rosalie Panelli gushes about her Traditions of America home, "Every day when I walk in the door I think how much I love my house, including having everything on one floor. Everything is so convenient inside the house and outside too. From the laundry room off the kitchen to never having to worry about mowing the lawn or pulling weeds, Traditions of America thought of everything."
Buyers and other invited guests will enjoy weekend festivities beginning with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, May 2, from 4 - 6pm. The company owners have invited elected officials, VIP guests, and Liberty Hills homebuyers to tour the various models. On Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, models will be open for the first time to the general public. Each offers a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor.
"We're incredibly excited to be on hand while our newest homeowners get a first hand view of what their future home will offer," says Traditions of America Principal, Tim McCarthy, "this is typically one of the most exciting events for our homeowners and prospective buyers."
Equally exciting for invited guests and the general public will be a thorough look at the community's amenities package. Plans for the magnificent clubhouse currently under construction will be on display, it includes an outdoor heated pool, sports park, indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, ballroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and a full-time concierge. "Our buyers will be treated to a glimpse of the resort-like lifestyle that Traditions of America at Liberty Hills will offer," beams Quinn.
