THIS BUILDER IS STILL SELLING HOMES - LOTS OF THEM

(BROWNE AND DALLY TO JOIN DENT AT RIBBON CUTTING TO LEARN MORE)

Bethlehem, PA - Traditions of America, the Leader in Lifestyle Communities, has learned that more elected officials are anxious to learn how the company has continued to deliver stellar sales results despite unfavorable current economic news nationwide. In an effort to see the full picture behind exciting statistics, officials have made plans to meet company executives at the ribbon cutting for the company's newest community this weekend.

State Senator Pat Browne and State Representative Craig Dally have confirmed that they will join Congressman Charlie Dent in ceremonies at Traditions of America at Hanover on Friday evening, April 4. Together with other local dignitaries, the group will celebrate the community's official launch and get an opportunity to learn why the builder is able to continue to achieve brisk sales, selling 50 homes in this community prior to its Grand Opening. While market conditions have forced other homebuilders to postpone plans to launch new communities, Traditions of America will open 4 new communities this Spring.

"Our pre-sales success at each community is a testament to the trust that this region's homebuyers have invested in Traditions of America," reports Traditions of America's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sandra Quinn. "Our reputation is so firmly established in the Lehigh Valley that dozens of buyers were willing to commit even before the first model broke ground," she adds. The company has eight communities throughout the Lehigh Valley, most of which are sold out.

The company is anxious to demonstrate for the assembled officials what has enabled them to enjoy such success. "While much of the current political dialog is centered on terms such as 'stimulus' and 'recovery' we're pleased to report that this company is in little need of either," says Traditions of America Principal, J.B. Reilly, "We've been able to report great news, while most news on the housing front has been pretty grim. Our elected officials want to learn more about how we've been able to go against the tide and keep selling."

Homebuyers will be able to learn more, as well. On Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, models will be open for the first time to the general public. Each offers a luxurious first-floor Master Suite, and at least one additional bedroom and full bath on the first floor. All models include the option for a second floor.
