Participating home buyers can receive all of the benefits of the program with a fully refundable deposit of as little as 5 percent of the purchase price. As a HomeFree program participant, buyers receive significant benefits, to include locking in current pricing while their current home is on the market. They are permitted to select a preferred homesite, as well as three alternate homesites.
