TRADITIONS ELIMINATES STRESS OF BUYING WHILE SELLING

Radnor, PA - October, 25 2007 – Traditions of America announces today the launch of their new program aimed at eliminating much of the stress associated with buying a new home while you still have one to sell. The “HomeFree” program enables prospective buyers at any of the builder’s Lifestyle communities to initiate the purchase process even before the sale of their current home has started.

The most significant impediment to purchasing a new home often is the need to sell an existing home. HomeFree all but eliminates the stress associated with that sale. Participating home buyers can receive all of the benefits of the program with a fully refundable deposit of as little as 5 percent of the purchase price. As a HomeFree program participant, buyers receive significant benefits, to include locking in current pricing while their current home is on the market. They are permitted to select a preferred homesite, as well as three alternate homesites. They also get the extensive help of a Traditions Resale Manager, who helps to coordinate the sale, down to arranging for a professional staging of the home.

The Traditions Resale Manager engages the most qualified local Real Estate agents to obtain value estimates and marketing proposals, ultimately negotiating the listing agreement with the seller. The Resale Manager will also follow the transaction through to negotiating the sale and assisting the seller with all aspects of the actual move. The seller is unburdened of many of the most-stressful aspects of selling a home.
