BUYERS LINE UP TO RESERVE A HOME AT TRADITIONS OF AMERICA AT HANOVER
More than 40 deposits taken first day of sales

Bethlehem, PA—(January 16, 2007)—For Traditions of America at Hanover, a new 55+ adult community underway in Hanover Township near Bethlehem, PA, there was never a slowdown in business. In fact, business was booming on January 15 when lines were out the door at 7:00 a.m. at Traditions of America’s Highlands at Glenmoor Clubhouse in Easton, where the first deposits for the new Hanover community were accepted. By the end of the day, 41 deposit reservations were taken.

Excited and happy buyers came as far away as Lake Worth, Florida.  The first couple from Northampton, PA began their wait in line at 1:00 a.m. on Monday to ensure that they could reserve their favorite homesite location at Traditions of America at Hanover.

Traditions of America communities continue to be in great demand,” commented Traditions of America managing partner Timothy McCarthy, whose company formed over 20 years ago, and has specialized in Active Adult housing since 1997 featuring highly livable homes for people 55 or better. “The Hanover community has been in the planning stage for three years and during that time we have developed a large following for this area of the Lehigh Valley.  We’re very happy to finally have made the dream possible and to deliver such an appealing and desirable community,” he said.

Priced from $275,000, Traditions of America in Hanover is located near the intersection of Route 512 and Hanoverville Road and will feature single family, twin and garden homes.  The maintenance-free homes, loaded with Easy Living features, offer spacious one and two-story floor plans designed with complete single floor living in mind.  Every home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full size laundry room on the first floor.
The magnificent two-story clubhouse will include many amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, indoor whirlpool spa, fitness center, aerobics room, ballroom, business center, game rooms, billiards and an on-site concierge that directs resident services, plans clubs, parties, trips, and other benefits for residents.

“This is our sixth Active Adult community in the Lehigh Valley and we expect it to sell out quickly,” Mc Carthy said.  “It is a wonderful location and our designs are intended to meet present and future needs of our buyers.  Also very appealing is our Custom Home Program, which allows purchasers the opportunity to build their dream home.”

Residents will be close to Historic Downtown Bethlehem; a main street filled with shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks.  The new community will also be a short distance from Easton, Allentown, Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey, the Lehigh Valley International Airport, and minutes away from major attractions and entertainment.

Other areas of interest include Lehigh University, the magnificent Zoellner Arts Center, Stabler Arena, and Goodman Stadium. You will find plenty to keep your days and nights active now and in the future living at Traditions of America at Hanover.
