Traditions of America Wins 7 “Best of 50+ Housing Awards” for Home Designs and Active Adult Communities, More Than Any Other Developer In the US

Orlando, FL – February 10, 2012– In a ceremony at the International Builders’ Show, Traditions of America last night received two Gold and five Silver Best of 50+ Housing Awards, the industry’s highest honor. Pennsylvania’s leading developer of 55+ active lifestyle communities was recognized with 7 awards in all, more than any other developer.

The annual awards program, run by the National Association of Home Builders, recognizes the best of the best in 50+ housing across the Country.


“We feel honored that housing leaders throughout the United States evaluated the quality, customer service and lifestyle offered by Traditions of America and judged them to be the very best,” said Nathan Jameson, Director of Operations. “Roughly 300 homeowners moved to one of our Pennsylvania communities in 2011.
