Traditions of America at Silver Springs rides a wave of gold at Metropolitan Harrisburg Parade of Homes

Mechanicsburg, PA – September 27, 2011 – Traditions of America at Silver Spring, the national-award winning 55 and over community in Mechanicsburg, PA, took home a total of 18 local awards from the 2011 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg Parade of Homes last week. Two single family and one attached home designs were recognized as the finest new homes for sale in Harrisburg.
“The Washington” model won four awards in the Single Family Home $350,000-$400,000 category, a GOLD for Master Bath/Suite and SILVER awards for Interior, Kitchen and Decorated. The Washington is the best-selling model at Silver Spring.
“The Franklin” model won five awards in the Single Family Home $450,000-$500,000 category: GOLD awards for Exterior, Interior, Kitchen, Decorated, and Landscaped; a SILVER award for Master Bath/Suite. In addition, Traditions of America at Silver Spring was honored with a prestigious Fulton Award as best in its price range.
“The Adams” model won GOLD awards in all categories for its price range, Multi Family Home $350,000-$400,000 – Exterior, Interior, Kitchen, Decorated, Landscaped, and Master Bath/Suite. It was honored with a Fulton Award for its price range as well.
