For Second Year in a row, Traditions of America at Liberty Hill recognized as 'Best of State College'
State College, PA – November 14, 2011 – Traditions of America at Liberty Hill, the area’s leading active adult community, was recognized as 2011’s Best Retirement Community by the readers of State College Magazine. The award was revealed in State College Magazine’s November issue and marks the second year in a row that Liberty Hill (www.toalibertyhill.com) has been so honored.
In 2010, editors wrote:
“Perhaps it’s the clubhouse at Liberty Hill that sets this two-year-old 55-and-over community apart, with its putting green, bocce court, heated pool fed by a waterfall, game room and extensive places to gather and laugh with other residents. Perhaps it’s the tidy lawns and the single-level homes. Or perhaps it’s the residents who have formed a tight community here at the foot of the mountain outside Boalsburg. Or perhaps it’s the mix of all of it, because isn’t that what makes a community a community in the first place?”
“It’s really exciting to be called the Best Retirement Community in the Penn State area by our State College neighbors,” said Nathan Jameson, Director of Operations. “We are grateful to all those who voted for our new retirement homes and exciting active adult lifestyle.”
