Active Adult Communities, Home Designs and Marketing of Pennsylvania Developer Traditions of America Recognized as the Very Best of 50+ Housing

RADNOR, Pa., Jan. 13, 2012 -- Traditions of America, Pennsylvania's leading developer of 55+ active lifestyle communities, has been named a finalist for seven of the industry's most influential awards: the National Association of Home Builders' Best of 50+ Housing Awards. "The awards not only recognize the best of the country's top builders and developers in the 50+ housing sector, but also show the public the newest and most innovative housing trends for mature buyers and renters," said 50+ Housing Council Chair, Ken Simons, a developer from Bedminster, N.J.

Traditions of America [http://www.TraditionsOfAmerica.com] will have to wait until February 9 to find out if it's won Silver or Gold, "but no matter what color statue we take home, the Best of 50+ Housing Award is an amazing honor," said Nathan Jameson, Director of Operations.
