Traditions of America’s HomeFree Program eliminates the stress
that comes with buying a new home when you have a home to sell.

Who is Eligible:

• Anyone with a home to sell who wants to move into a new Traditions of    America community.

Features & Benefits:

• No deposit money at risk
• Lock today’s price with time to sell your home
• Professional help from our Resale Manager
• Referral services (movers, storage, etc.)
• $5000 Credit for any of the following:

1) Home Staging.
2) Buyer of existing homes moving expenses.
3) Purchase of a home warranty for buyer of existing home.
4) Seller assist toward buyer closing costs

Requirements:

• 5% Fully refundable deposit
• Wells Fargo Mortgage Application
• Traditions Realty listing management agreement
• Selection of a primary homesite and four alternate homesites

Here’s what you do:

• Make a traditional 5% deposit on your new home
• Select your preferred homesite as well as four alternate homesites
• Apply for a Mortgage with Wells Fargo
• Let Traditions Realty manage the sale of your old home
• Make your best effort to prepare your home for sale

Here’s what our Resale Manager will do:

• Obtain value estimates and marketing proposals from the most qualified real    estate agents in your market
• Negotiate your listing agreement
• Arrange for a professional staging of your home
• Assist in the negotiation of your home sale
• Assist you in all aspects of your move
• Review evaluations for compatibility with lender/appraisal guidelines
