Custom Home Program
For our more discerning buyers, Traditions of America offers the Custom Home Program. While most builders won’t allow you to make rooms larger or smaller, Traditions of America makes it possible for you to customize plumbing, wall placement and other interior preferences. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of Project Managers, Design Consultants and the Construction Manager to design your home.

Design Consultants – Design Center
Our Design Consultants work with you to make sure you get the home you want. We start with an Initial Design Meeting roughly two weeks after you sign your sales agreement. You’ll work with the Design Team throughout the Selections Process to choose features, upgrades and finishes.
